1. Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

We offer one reliable shipping speed for all orders. Delivery times are estimated after the 1–3 day processing period.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €200.00.

 

3. International Shipping (Non-EU Destinations)

 

We ship globally to destinations outside of the EU.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and destination.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on the location and customs clearance.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, and import taxes that may apply upon arrival in non-EU destinations. The Spicy Vintage is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.

 

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

 

The Spicy Vintage is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier's tracking system. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Please also notify us at thespicyvintage@gmail.com so we can assist.

 

6. Shipping Address

 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
