Refund policy

At The Spicy Vintage, we specialize in unique, curated pre-loved and vintage items. Due to the nature of our products, we implement strict standards to ensure the integrity and collectible status of every piece.

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

 

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return your item within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.

 

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

 

We will only accept returns if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Initiation: The return process must be initiated by contacting us at thespicyvintage@gmail.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

  • Original Condition: The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received.

  • Proof of Non-Wear: The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Security Tag Intact (MANDATORY): The The Spicy Vintage Security Tag/Seal (a non-removable, single-use tag attached to the garment) must be fully intact and attached to the item. Returns will be refused if this tag is removed or tampered with.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to hygiene reasons and the unique nature of vintage items, we generally cannot accept returns on:

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, or lingerie (if sold).

  • Earrings (if sold).

 

4. Return Process & Shipping

 

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

  • Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets all conditions (especially the security tag), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
